Born & Raised in the great city of New Orleans, La, the place with best food in the world. Ms. Rosa comes from a family who loves to cook especially for the family. With years of experience of working in the resturant & service industry since the age of 20 she knew that this was her passion. A Self taught Cook with a bunch of tips from her mom (Ms Dot). We take pride in creating delicious meals and providing excellent customer service.

Drop off service

Includes Who Dats Catering specializes in delivery-only service for your convenience. We provide disposable chafers and burners for your event. All disposable plates, utensils, napkins, and cups are included in our service. Our setup includes self-serve wire warmers for a buffet-style experience. Your food will be prepared according to the number of guests confirmed on the catering contract, and it will be the responsibility of the client to monitor portions for guests(team will setup only). Client will be responsible for the clean up and collect any non disposable equipment sent out and return to us.

**Pricing is subject to change** Who Dats is not responsible for bussing guest food tables, trash pick up or disposal. We can accommodate this for an extra charge. We will make sure our area and/or Kitchen is cleaned and put back the way it was found.

$250 (NON- REFUNDABLE) Deposit is REQUIRED in order to book & secure your date and time. We understand that emergencies comes up that are out of you control, so we can definitely move date & time to our next available opening without paying another deposit. Tax and 15% gratuity is not included in quoted prices. ALL FINALE PAYMENTS MUST PAID 2 WEEKS BEFORE EVENT TO ENSURE WE CAN BE PREPARED WITH EVERYTHING FOR YOUR EVENT. IF YOU BOOK LAST MINUTE ENTIRE PAYMENT IS DUE NO EXCEPTIONS!!! IF FINALE PAYMENT CAN NOT BE MADE ON TIME PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY!!!!!

Important Information

Home or Hotel with full kitchen is needed to prepared the food. We will arrive to you location a 2-3 hours ahead of serving time for cooking, setup and clean up afterwards. Once all guest have eaten leftovers will be box/pan in Togo containers so we can proceed with cleanup THERE IS A TRAVEL FEE OF $25HR. IF YOU'RE IN ANOTHER STATE AT THE MOMENT WE ONLY TRAVEL TO SURROUNDING STATES (Arkansas to the north. Mississippi to the east. Texas to the west). A 2 NIGHT HOTEL FEE & TRUCK RENTAL FEE WILL BE ADDED

How much is the deposit for my event? Are they refundable?

$250 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED ALL LARGE CATERING EVENTS.
Small and BY-the-pan orders have a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.
ALL REMAINING BALANCE ARE DUE 10 DAYS BEFORE TO EVENT OR LOST OF DEPOSIT.





Why do I need a full kitchen or hotel room with kitchen for Brunch/

FRESHNESS!!!! We recommend you having your event somewhere with a full kitchen to ensure freshness of your food. We can prepare and deliver but the freshness of the food will not be the same.
